Data we collect
For enterprise contacts we collect name, work email, company and the details you share in an enquiry. For enrolled farmers we collect land records, plot boundaries, agronomic practice logs and bank details required to make payouts.
How we use it
Enterprise data is used to respond to enquiries and administer credit agreements. Farm data is used to calculate baselines, verify practice change and issue credits. We never sell personal data.
Farm data consent
Farmers give written, language-appropriate consent before any plot data is collected, and may withdraw from the programme between cropping cycles without penalty.
Sharing
Aggregated and de-identified project data is shared with verification bodies and registries as required by the applicable methodology. Buyers receive project-level evidence, not farmer personal details.
Retention and security
Records are retained for the crediting period plus statutory audit requirements, stored encrypted at rest, with role-based access restricted to the teams who need it.
