Carbon credit transactions
All credit sales are governed by a separate purchase or offtake agreement specifying project type, vintage, volume, price, delivery schedule and retirement obligations. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
Verification statements
Credits are issued under third-party validated methodologies. Karbon Kheti does not warrant regulatory acceptance of any credit under a specific compliance scheme in any jurisdiction.
Farmer programme participation
Enrolment terms, revenue share and monitoring obligations are set out in the farmer agreement executed at registration, in the farmer's preferred language.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, methodologies, dashboards and written material on this site remain the property of Karbon Kheti Climate Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
